Job Description

We are seeking individuals with expertise in IT and specialization in data-related topics within the energy sector. We are looking for individuals who can handle complexity with confidence, maintaining a challenging approach to issues while fostering synergy and inclusion. As a Data Science & Project Management, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination, management, and monitoring of project interventions characterized by strong cross-functionality across the Group, involving various business functions, and managing them through all phases (initiation, planning, monitoring and control, closure).

Key Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with the business to enhance and exploit the group's information assets.
•    Manage relationships with the Energy business owner for gathering and analyzing requirements, along with other internal and external stakeholders involved in business and project processes.
•    Develop, coordinate, and manage transformative data-based project plans.
•    Economic planning, preparation of ordinary budget management, forecasting, and monitoring trends with a focus on optimizing investments.
•    Manage and monitor progress through operational and managerial SALs (budget, deadlines, milestones, deliverables, etc.).
•    Proactively identify and manage project issues and risks (impacts, mitigation actions, escalation).
•    Define data strategy and its implementation path.
•    Support analysis and development teams in detecting any issues or delays in deliverable delivery.
•    Coordinate and support any external suppliers to the organization.
•    Analyze and assess project risks to identify mitigation actions.
 

Competenze Tecniche

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields such as Mathematics or Physics.
•    Skills in developing solutions using machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised) / generative AI.
•    Proficiency in developing and implementing solutions using advanced machine learning techniques.
•    Experience with generative AI methods, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving.
•    Knowledge of data transformation technologies and ETL tools.
•    Expertise in utilizing data transformation technologies to process and manipulate data effectively.
•    Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools for data integration.
•    In-depth knowledge of major SQL and NoSQL databases.
•    Strong understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
•    Familiarity with Databricks and basic database querying tools.
•    Experience with Databricks platform for big data analytics.Proficiency in using basic database querying tools.
•    Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
•    Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack.
•    Excellent ability to assess impacts on the Information System resulting from developments, triggering necessary investigations with competent department structures.
•    Proven ability to evaluate the impact of technological developments on the Information System.
•    Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
 

Preferred Qualification:
•    Knowledge of synthesis systems in the energy sector.
